If I can be that personal cheerleader in your life that whispers: “you really can do this” while the rest of the world is provoking doubt… then I’ll consider my job done.

ALL ABOUT BEING Happy – Busy – Loving – Healthy – Active
JACK OF WHAT TRADES Pilates and Barre Instructor, Full-Time Mum and House Co-ordinator to our 4 kids
YOU’RE A GO-GETTER I’m currently living on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney. I am a mother of 4 beautiful children and am married to my ever so talented hubby Mark.
Mark is/was a Professional Rugby player, now coaching as well. He played for the NSW Waratahs, ACT Brumbies, Melbourne Rebels, Australian Wallabies and 2 Top league teams in Japan. We have been together for now 16 years and counting!! Together we started our family from a young age. Whilst he was playing rugby all over the world, I kept having our babies which put my 20’s and early 30’s on hold.
IDEA-DREAM-REALITY In between baby’s number 2 and 3, I managed to do my Cert 4 in Mat Pilates in Canberra where we were living at the time for Mark at The ACT Brumbies. This gave me a new lease on life and it’s when I decided I will eventually open up my own studio. It was my dream, my passion… especially being an ex-dancer and very sporty. Health and Fitness are my life! Fast forward 2 more children, living in Japan, Melbourne and Sydney, moving, building and renovating houses, plus 9 years, my dream has finally come true!
GIVE US THE LOW DOWN Barre Attack is a low impact, high-intensity workout combining the best of all the things I love most, from standing Pilates work, short cardio intervals, to dance moves in a ballet class. The class is accessible for everybody and all levels of fitness.
IF YOU WERE A ‘WAG’ WHAT KIND OF ‘WAG’ WOULD YOU BE An appreciative one… we all loveto be a little spoilt here and there. I have totally LOVED the time I have spent being a GF and wife in Mark’s entire career and wouldn’t change it for the world. I wouldn’t have the best friends I have today if it wasn’t for that!
RUGBY LIFE LOWS It’s definitely not all fun and games. Actually these past 5 years living away from my husband has been the toughest of all. Raising our children, building houses, packing, moving, starting my business, and many more things.
BEST KEPT RUGBY LIFE SECRET Being able to travel the world and live in different countries and cities and meet all the amazing friends I have.
RUGBY LIFE MISCONCEPTION Being alone a lot and Mark missing so much of our babies lives. But we know it’s not forever! You have to make do while the sun still shines as we know they can’t play forever!!
PROUDEST RUGBY FAN GAL MOMENT There are a few in my book!! The Brumbies winning the Super 12 GF in 2004 Mark scoring 3 tries and was man of the match then being called up for his 1st Wallaby test, our eldest 2 kids running out with him on his 100th Super rugby game in 2011 in Melbourne and just last Nov 2016 being called up to play a final Wallaby IV game in Bordeaux against the French Barbarians. I jumped on a plane with our eldest son, Markus who is now 12, and flew and watched. What an experience for our big boy to watch his dad for last time in the wallaby jersey.
WHERE WILL WE FIND YOU IN 5 YEARS Wow… That’s a tough one! Hopefully not a grandmother haha!! Markus will be 22… that’s the age Mark was when we had him!! Crazy!! I am hoping we are all home together, HAPPY, HEALTHY, in our house loving life with no drama. JUST Love and Happiness and being satisfied with where our lives have taken us.
PARTING WORDSThe Worst thing is regret. We only get to live this life once… So make it count, Do what YOU want to do, LOVE, be HAPPY, be grateful, be the BEST version of YOU, savour Special times and make LOTS of Memories.
